e-Ayso will officially open for our region on January 1, 2010 for the Spring 2010 season. The fee will be $45 per child ($40 for second child) if registered online until the early registration period ends. You will need to click the e-AYSO button above to log into the online system. Our region to set up to only accept cash or checks. No credit cards please.
Your child will not be allowed to play if your check bounces. You are responsible for all fees on returned checks.

| Please do not send payments for jerseys with your online registration. Jerseys may be purchased at our walk-in registration on January 23 or during the new player clinics. Also, jerseys will be on sale at the first few games. |
You must print and sign two copies of your child's registration
and mail them to our Registrar at PO Box 18326, Knoxville, TN 37928-2326.
We must receive the signed forms and payment of $50 before your child will be placed on a team. The cost of a jersey is separate. No refunds will be given.
If you have special requests ... like you want your child to play up (since the forms are sorted by age) please be sure to mark that on your form. If you have special requests we will do our best to accommodate you, but if you are not volunteering it is difficult to honor them. If your form is not marked correctly, it may be too late to make the changes once teams are assigned. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure everything is accurate on your child's form.
