PAYMENT: Regions within Section 5 will be billed after the camp for the students that attend the Super Camp. Anyone attending from outside Section 5 will have to bring a check on Friday night for all students registered or payment can be sent ahead of time to:

Payment (if mailed by region) needs to be sent no later than 30 December 2009 to ensure the treasurer has the check prior to camp.

Individuals may pay as they check-in to the camp and a receipt will be provided to turn in to their regions for reimbursement.

SCHEDULE:

· 6 December 09: Final Pre-Registration Due for National Referee Course (email to Curtis Walker at curtis.walker@da-inc.com or soccerdad@knology.net). This is the one and only course that if enough students do not sign up by 6 December the course will be cancelled. A minimum of six students are required to hold the course.

· 6 January 10: Final Pre-Registration Due (email to Curtis Walker at curtis.walker@da-inc.com or soccerdad@knology.net)

· 8 January 10: Sign-in and Late Registration is 5:00 – 6:00 pm

· 8-10 January 10: Sign-in and Late Registration for Courses (those that do not start on Friday night)

· 8-10 January 10: Super Camp

Special Activities:

1. Dinner will be available at 5:00 pm on 8 January 10. The cost will be $6.00 and advance notification is required to Curtis Walker.

2. Lunch on Saturday, 9 January 2010 is included in course fee for the following courses:

· Intermediate Referee

· Advanced Referee

· National Referee

· Coach Instructor

· Referee Instructor

3. Lunch on Saturday, 9 January 2010 is also available to students in other courses at a cost of $6.00 and advance notification is required to Curtis Walker.

National Referee Course	This training is not modularized. The course trains referees to referee all AYSO matches under FIFA Laws and National Rules and Regulations	15 hours course & 1.45 hour exam	Completion of the Advanced Referee Course is recommended. Referee Assessor Course	This training course is designed to train assessors to assess officiating skills at the Advanced Level. This will only be the classroom portion. Treasurer	This training is designed to provide experienced regional treasurers with job specific information.	1.25 hours	BASIC* Completion of Treasurer Tier One Course is recommended.	Saturday, 1/9/10 9:00 – 10:30 am	$10.00
Auditor	This training provides an overview of the duties and responsibilities of the financial auditor and reviews required forms and audit procedures.	1.25 hours	None	Saturday, 1/9/10 10:30 am – 12:00 pm	$10.00
Role of the Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate (CVPA) Course	This training and certification course describes the steps AYSO is taking to protect player and volunteers. The workshop also leads you through a self-assessment process and into an understanding of the position description and role of the CVPA in the region and in AYSO.	2.5 hours	None	Saturday, 1/9/10 1:00 – 3:30 pm	$15.00
Referee Administrator Training	This training teaches potential Referee Administrators the essential activities needed to manage a referee program.	2.5 hours	None	Saturday, 1/9/10 2:30 – 5:00 PM	$15.00
CVPA In-service	This training offers continuing education, a chance to work with other CVPAs and an opportunity to find out what’s new in the CVPA job duties.	1.25 hours	Completion of Role of the Child and Volunteer Protection Advocate Course is recommended to achieve maximum benefit from this course.
